We are a church that loves God and loves people. We believe the Bible and want to tell the Good News of Jesus Christ to the whole world.

We are a Church that is a growing and diverse family. Our desire is to be a “Church That Changes The World.”

What We Believe At Grace:

-The Bible is God’s Holy Word. It is inspired by the Holy Spirit, preserved by God to be accurate, inerrant in the original writings, and fully true. It is the supreme and final authority in faith and life. It is the source of all we preach at Grace. (1 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Psalm 12:6-7, John 17:17, 2 Timothy 4:2)

-There is One God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4-5, Matthew 28: 19-20, 2 Corinthians 13:14, 1 John 5:7)

-Jesus Christ is the Eternal Son Of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is fully God and fully man. (John 1:1-3, John 3:16, Philippians 2:5-11, Matthew 1:18-25, Hebrews 1:1-3)

-Man was created by God, in the image of God and fell into sin in the garden. The entire human race is now fallen, lost, and depraved by nature. (Genesis 1:26-27, Genesis 2:7, Romans 1:18-32, Romans 3:9-23, Romans 5:12)

-Jesus Christ died for our sins on the Cross according to the Scriptures as the substitutionary, complete, sufficient, final sacrifice for the sins of all mankind. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Isaiah 53:5-6, Romans 5:8, II Corinthians 5:21; I Peter 2:24, Hebrews 1:3, Hebrews 2:9, Hebrews 10:12)

-In the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, His ascension into Heaven, and in His present life there for us as high priest and advocate. (1 Corinthians 15:1-8, Philippians 2:5-11, Romans 1:4, Acts 1:8-11, Hebrews 4:14-16, Hebrews 7:24-25, 1 John 2:1-2)

-Salvation is the free gift of God by grace alone and is received by personal faith alone in the Lord Jesus Christ. True believers are kept secure in their salvation by the power of God alone and their privilege is to have true assurance of salvation. (John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Romans 3:21-28, Ephesians 2:8,9; Romans 10:9-13, 1 Peter 1:3-5, 1 John 5:13)

-The Holy Sprit draws and convicts the lost, regenerates, indwells, seals, and empowers the believer to Godly living and spiritual service. Believers are indwelt by the Holy Spirit (Baptized by the Holy Spirit) at the moment of faith in Christ. Believers are commanded to be filled (controlled) with the Spirit. The Holy Spirit’s main ministry is not to draw attention to Himself but to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that charismatic gifts such as speaking in tongues have ceased at the completion of the Biblical cannon. (John 16:7-11, Ephesians 1:13-14, Titus 3:3-6, I Corinthians 6:19; Ephesians 5:18; Romans 8:9, John 16:13-15, 1 Corinthians 13:8-13)

-In the personal, visible, bodily, imminent, pre-millennial, and pre-tribulation return of Jesus Christ in the air to rapture away His bride (the invisible church), after which comes the tribulation and then His second coming in glory and power with His church to establish His millennial reign, bind Satan, and judge the nations. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, John 14:1-6, 1 Thessalonians 5:9, 2 Thessalonians 1:7-12, Revelation 19-20)

-Believers in Jesus Christ are called into a life of walking with God in a personal relationship, growing in genuine holiness and separation from worldly and sinful practices by the power of the Holy Spirit. (2 Peter 3:18, 1 John 1:5-2:1, Galatians 5:16-25, 1 Peter 1:13-17, Romans 12:1-2, I John 2:15-17)

-Believers are commanded to be Baptized by immersion in water as an outward declaration of their internal faith in Jesus Christ.  Baptism is to occur after salvation, does not cause salvation, or wash away sin. Believers remember Jesus sacrifice for us through Communion. The bread and juice are symbols of Christ’s body and blood. (Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 2:37-41, Acts 8:35-39, Acts 16:30-34, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26)

-In the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved in heaven and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost in hell. (John 14:1-6, 1 Peter 1:3-5, Revelation. 20:11-15)

-God’s desire is that none perish in hell and His plan is to evangelize the world by the preaching of the Gospel of Christ. It is the blessed privilege and responsibility of each one who believes in Jesus Christ as Savior to share the Gospel to the lost. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15, Acts 1:8, 2 Peter 3:8-9)

-That the true church is the body and bride of Christ, that it is composed of all born-again believers from Pentecost to the rapture, and that the local church is a congregation of baptized believers existing for fellowship and edification in the things of the Lord and for the winning of the lost to Christ. (Acts 2:41-47, Ephesians 5:23-33, Colossians 1:18, 1 Thessalonians 1:1)

-God has clearly commanded in His Word that any and all sexual activity be engaged only in the marriage relationship between a man and a woman. We believe that any form or use of pornography, fornication (sexual activity outside of marriage), adultery, and homosexual behavior are sins against God and perversions of God’s gift of sex. God has wonderfully created each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. Rejection of one's biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person. We believe that God disapproves of and forbids any attempt to alter one’s gender by surgery or appearance. (Genesis 1:26-27, Genesis 2:23-25, Matthew 5:27-28, Romans 1:24-32, 1 Corinthians 6:9-20, Galatians 5:16-25, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8, Hebrews 13:4)

-We believe that the term “marriage” has only one, legitimate meaning. Marriage sanctioned and created by God, joins one man and one woman in a single, covenantal lifelong union, as delineated by Scripture. It is a sacred symbol of God’s relationship to His bride the church. Marriage ceremonies preformed in any facility owned, leased or rented this church will only be those ceremonies sanctioned by God in His Word, joining one man with one woman as that gender was determined at birth. (Genesis 2:23-25, Matthew 19:4-12, Romans 7:2-3, Ephesians 5:22-33, 1 Corinthinans 7:10, Hebrews 13:4)

-We believe God offers love, grace, redemption, and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin, seeking forgiveness through Jesus Christ. We believe that every person deserves compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. There is a beautiful balance of God’s love, grace and truth. Hateful and harassing behavior and attitudes directed toward any individual is sinful and disobedience to God’s command to Love Our Neighbor. (Matthew 22:37-40, Luke 6:31, Matthew 9:12-13, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11)
